4th visit for same problem, this time they came back with a $2000 bad sensor, the extended warranty company told me they didn't even call, just a note on an uncovered part, they did waive the diagnostic fee. Last visit they suggested it might be the sensor but couldn't guarantee that would fix the problem. I won't be back to Jim Ellis

It was the smoothest car buying process I have ever had! Larion was such a joy to work with!
They got oil on the driver's floor mat and oil on the backseat upholstery where they had to move the seat to recharge the battery. It took me a lot of time and energy to try to clean it. Why aren't you using paper mats to protect the driver floor mat ? The back seat should have been re- installed by someone with clean hands. I was very disappointed!

Quality of work is good, but under staffed or/ service facility is too small for the amount of customer demand.
Waiting 2.5 hours for an oil change when having an appointment scheduled is unacceptable. I’ll go elsewhere going forward.
