After selling the car early, I cannot get in contact with anyone at the dealership to get a refund on the portion of the unused warranty. My last experience was good,the tech took care of me but my previous times were awful...I was told my warantty related fuel pump replacement would not be covered under waranntty because in there system my truck hand a banded title,even though I had a clean title in hand and when it was figured out that it was a clerical error on GM part I was never reimbursed

*The right way to do business* Stacey Craft was the Ideal car salesman. He was attentive and communicated/understood the issues and challenges I had in Purchasing my Yukon from him. I flew in with no prior notice other than when he walked in and he arranged 1/2 my day with the purchase from looking at the car at the service center, working the deal ,finance office and getting it detailed.
