Great price Worked well for buying. After service is terrible No return phone call from mgr Sending service to Carl black. Will not buy from this dealership again. No help on ev charger. No info on how to work the car. Called parts and asked for home charger was told they are on back order and they’d put me on the list. Called other places and they had 5 in their inventory.

I came in for a general oil change and the tire rotation at Jim Ellis Buick GMC Atlanta. After leaving the dealership, I discovered an oil leak due to improperly sealed components. I was headed on a ministry related business trip and could've been left stranded, had I not made a timely call to the manager. This situation could have resulted in severe motor damage. I'm very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. While I've had a good experience at Jim Ellis in the past, this has left me seriously reconsidering future visits.
